An old garage transformed into a laneway house with this project. The footprint of this building was doubled and now accommodates an open concept kitchen/living space on the ground floor. The second floor boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, as well as laundry, and is complete with a functional dormer.

This new space now serves as an extra income property for the home owner.

The Annex

This beautiful custom home sits in a quiet neighbourhood in the heart of the Annex in West Toronto, and boasts a very unique and modern look. The volume of structural steel involved in this build made the project especially challenging.

Lawrence Park

This custom Lawrence Park new build has several skylights to flood the interior with natural light, and comes equipped with an elevator.

Riverdale

This custom, modern new build was framed on a lot that was split from an older piece of property where an old and rundown house once stood. This house has some serious curb appeal and adds a great deal of value to the neighbourhood.

The Upper Beaches

From weathered beach house to modern beauty, the architect on this one definitely had a vision. This house in the upper beaches of Toronto boasts a gorgeous 2 storey accent window, 14 shear walls and 3 walkout decks. We added a total of 2,300 square feet to this place!

Little Italy

This detached home in Bloor West Vilage got a complete overhaul complete with new floor systems, a large two floor addition off the back and a new, more functional layout throughout.

East Danforth

This tiny semi-detached home located just off of Danforth Ave, in Toronto’s East end got a full top up, complete with a re-levelled main floor system and a more functional layout throughout.
